Shot Peening Rods

Does anyone know of a good shop in southern CA to have a set of rods shot peened and heat treated?

I'll do with my sandblaster and BBQ. What you want rare, medium, or well-done?

Now that's BS, you know sand paper wont accomplish the same thing as shot peening.

You better stick to throwing rocks at engine parts.

Yeah, handfuls of pea-gravel will do nicely. But be sure you use strike anywhere type matches...
