What are the fitment issues if any? And whats the deal with the rattling and vibrations I hear others have..

My Warpspeed Y fit like a glove and there are no noises of any kind. I have not heard of any fitment issues with the warpspeed, but there have been a couple of fitment problems with the cattman.

my nmb warp speed y-pipe was about 3/4 of an inch longer than stock. This make my muffler sick out a little more. No big deal though.

I don't think many have had fitament issues with Warpspeed. The rattling that I experienced was due to the pipe meeting up off center with the Cat, so the bracket at the Cat/Y-pipe junction hit the frame.

This was easily fixed by cutting and rewelding the bracket (overkill -but that's me), or you could just bend it back .

did the sound you hear sound like a buzzing sound around a certain rpm under load? cuz I have the Warpspeed Mandrel bent with a flex section and the RT cat and I hear this annoying buzzing sound betwwen 2500-3000 rpm... it is HORRIBLE haha trust me is this what you experienced?
thanks!

My WSP Y needed to flex quite a bit to fit. It doesn't rattle or buzz at all, but there is pressure now where it connects to the cat because we had to push and move the cataylst over a bit to hook up with the Y.

My pipe fit perfect, but I do have a rattle in my exhaust system. It only happens when I put it into reverse though. The bracket that supports the Y-pipe and cat was rusty and will be replaced tomorrow. Hopefully this will take care of that noise.

My first issue was from the bracket. It seemed like something behind the dash, or under the shift **** was shaking and I got a hard vibration sound.

The second issue was a leaking flex section, and it sounded like a weedwacker when I accelerated. And it was louder around 3k rpm range. Maybe your flex section has a bad weld or is coming apart?

Eventually I replaced it with a cattman, and so far everything's been good.

If you're willing to ship it back to them, you shouldn't have any problem. Otherwise you might have to get a new flex section welded on yourself. I think the lined flex section cost me about $50-$60, but then you have to get it installed.
