18" konig tantrum are they heavy?

I like the way the 18" look on a max, but they say the 17" rim is 19 lbs alone.
How much heavier is the 18"?
whould the 18" koing tantrums with nitto tires be good as fare a weight.

my 18X8 Tantrums and Kumho 712 tires weigh 50.45 lbs
and my stock 17" with Pilot Sport A/S tires weighed 52.59 so I'm actually lighter now

I dont think they are that heavy....with nitto 555 i would say they are around the same weigh as my stock 16s were. They look tight, if its between 17s or 18s deffinitly spend the extra few hundred on the 18s, tires.com has a sale on Tantrums and free shipping on everything.

The Tantrums look good and they're a decent weight for whichever size you decide to get 17 or 18, I prefer 18's, but how come no one happens to want the new Tantrums, Tantrums 2?

Get 19"s!

I just put 18" TSW revos on my car with 235/40/18 tires and I swear 19"s would look soooooooo much better.

I know people say 18"s are really the limit but these 18"s look like 16"s on 4th Gens! I checked out the spacing in between (springs and all) and I have a good inch before I run into any problems.

Stock suspension if you are curious.
