Question about rims

I know nothing about rims/tires.. I am thinking about getting some 17's and in doing some research, I searched and found that Max's take a bolt pattern of 114mm... I found some rims that say 5x114.3.. Will these fit?

If you look around alot of places that say they match up with us give us the 114.3 setup. I dont think you will have a problem.
