what to do with sensor after Berk Install??

There is a sensor in the air track leading to the stock airbox that I am not sure what to do after I installed the Berk Intake. I left that piece of the stock air intake on the car so that it can blow air on the K & N cone. I left that sensor on it, I am not sure what it measures, Temp maybe?? What are you supposed to with it?

Thanks fellas

PS. I did not receive instructions with my shipment (Berkman)

I guess the 2002 must be different, since I had no such problem...

it's the Air Temp Sensor... like you said, if you've decided to leave the air scoop on, just leave it (temp sensor) there on the air scoop.

also, if you got zip-ties with the shipment, or have a really long piece, secure the end of the air scoop to somewhere close to it

hope that helps

cheers
