Top speed of 2k2 6sp?

Is that governed or drag limited? Anyone know of a C&D, R&T, etc. road test of the 6speed? I'd find out for myself but its not broken in yet.

I got mine up to roughly 140 before i had to shut down. If the posts about GPS verification is correct that means i'm actually doing 135 or so.

I live on Central Avenue....only 2 miles (or less) from work in Marina Village. Since you work at Best Buy, can you hook me up with discounts?

I have done 148 speedo indicated in the CL and the governor is supposed to be at 148 but ended up only showing up as 144 on the Garmin

Now in the XJR the governor is supposed to be at 155 but I took it to 158 on Garmin

Sometimes Garmin might get a bad reading I'm thinking.

Speedometers are inaccurate at high speeds by nature.

I think I saw you on the Atlantic-Webster intersection near the tube today.

You'll be helping out a fellow org member! That should be rewarding enough..and a couple bucks on the side if the price is right

If you have V rated tires, then the limit should be 149 mph or thereabouts. 143 seems to low.

That's really odd, cause VR rated tires are really rated to 149. So if it is limited to the tire rating it will be limited to 149.

I used a wax called "Carnuba Wax Plus". The stuff works really well and makes your car really shiny.
