Schooled an Integra: VQ Power!
Tonight, on my way home, I was on Interstate 91 South in CT going at my usual speed of around 80mph when I see these lights coming up from behind rather quickly. I slowed down and let the car pass - it was an Integra with Altezzas, a coffee can muffler and, I think, a wing (I say "I think" because I wasn't behind him for long so I didn't get a good look).
There was a big clearing so I lined up with the Integra and saw that he was ready to play. We both punched it and I immediately shot out in front and continued to walk another 2 car lengths. We switched lanes and I walked him Another 4 car lengths! 100mph... 110mph... 120mph... 130mph! There was no way he was going to catch up from 6 car lenghts behind and growing.
I flashed my emergency lights and slowed down, letting him pass. I gave him a good 5-7 car lengths then punched it again. I came up to his rear pretty quickly and flashed my high beams. He moved over so I could pass him!
As we passed the second time, he was giving me a huge thumbs up and I gave him a wave. After getting about 4 car lengths ahead again, I shut down, flashed my emergencies one last time, and slowed down.
He zoomed by and flashed his in return. All-in-all, it was a good race.

I had a run-in with a GS-R last weekend only this guy was being a complete azz zig-zagging, cutting people off, and tailgating. He was less than half a car-length behind me at 80 freakin mph

Confused and wht2kmax were witnesses when I destroyed a GSR bone stock...even before my Eibachs in April of 2000. I knew how to manually shift, and he was shocked on how I was able to stay ahead of him from the launch to 80mph. We ran 4 times and I walked him each time. Wht2kmax(Jason) walks me after 2nd since he had Y-Pipe and intake, Confused(Brett) walks Jason and myself...before his S/C.
