im buying a sony 10 disc changer off my friend for a really good price but ive heard that if its not bose the installation costs are gonna be pure cost beucase its not compatable with the stock bose system our cars come with.

is there anything complicated involved in installing a CD changer?
is there a way to wire it into the stock unit so i can use the buttons to change the CD's or do i need a remote?
