Stillen FSB and Air Intake Questions

I'm looking to get the Stillen front strut brace and air intake (http://www.stillen.com/). I have been checking the newsgroups to see how easy/smooth the install is and found the following common issues/complaints. I have a 99 SE Auto with ABS.

- Brackets: Some ppl had to cut into a driver side bracket in order to install the FSB, is this still the case or have Stillen fixed it in the current model?

- Air Intake: Ppl with a 99 SE mentioned that they had to lengthen the cable that connected to the air temperature sensor, this isn't a big deal (simple splice?), but again is this still the case or have Stillen adjusted the cable length?

If anyone has installed these components recently (on a 99 SE or other), let me know how it went and if you encountered these issues.

Thx

I have the stillen intake too, and when i installed it the air temp sensor was about a foot to short, so i had to cut the tape back and pretty much force it to reach, i have some slack now so its no problem, but the install is cake, its something anyone can do

One more word of advice....DON'T buy directly from Stillen. I'm getting a Stillen FSTB from Tustin Nissan for 175 bucks shipped, so check them out. Stillen's prices on their site are always ridiculous and can always be beat.
