Check Brake Fluid

That happened to me and the problem was I was low on brake fluid. In the manual it tells you some of the problems it could be. Hopefully this is it. Good luck

Most likely the brake fluid , but also in spect to make sure your rear brakes are not dragging.

the cable may be binding or stuck, thus keeping the light on

Before you add any brake fluid into your car, check that your rear brake pad's are still there.

As the pad wear's, the brake assembly thingy move's in with the pad which then causes your brake fluid level to go down which then causes the brake indicator to go on.
