Ok another question. I messed with the set screw at the throttle body and now I'm getting an error code.

How many turns do you set this adjustment? Its a black screw located to the right of the throttle body (I pulled this over the weekend and hit it with throttle body cleaner and now I'm getting an error code). Do you think I damaged any sensors?

What code did you actually get? More than likely it's probably the MAF sensor connection. This is common if it is disconnected without disconnecting the battery. Just reset your computer and see if the code(s) disappear.
