How did some of you add "spacers" to get more wheel travel in the rear suspension?
How did some of you add "spacers" to get more wheel travel in the rear suspension?
What kind of material did you use? I've got Intrax springs which drop the rear pretty low (1.2" gap in the rear) and I'd like to get a little height back. I don't want to use coil "spacers" (go in between the coils). I was thinking there was something I could put between the top hat of the coil assemebly and the coil.

If you want to raise it about 1/4" AND get back over 1" of travel then check these out. I have them and they softened up the jolting in the back a lot: (unfortunately he's out of them and he won't make any unless we get enough people who want them)

As a sidenote... I guess you could fabricate the spacer, if it isn't already made) to go between the rear strut and car body (be careful because the studs only have a limited amount of extra length). But like I said, it won't give you back suspension travel.
