New Wheels Fitment Question

I have the opportunity to buy a set of rims and tires for the Maxima. The only issue that I have is "Will the front fit?". Here are the specs:

Front- Wheels 20x8.5 +20 offset Tires 255/35/20

Rear- Wheels 20x10 +42 offset Tires 285/30/20

I have read that a front 20x9 with a +35 fits so if the offset adds +15 but the wheel is physically skinnier by 12.7mm total how close am I.

Should I pull the trigger? They are a concave wheel with good style. The tires are good. The guy only had them on his car for 6 months. No rash. Good tread.

I plan on putting lowering springs in.

Yes it will fit. Compared to 20x9" +35, 20x8.5" +20 will have an inner rim which is 21.4mm further away from the suspension strut. The outer rim will poke out 8.6mm more.

Go for it!

Should fit with no problems. It is going to be within a mm or two of flush with the fender.
