Greddy catback + wpspd y

Nothing could have warned me of how loud this is.

Sounds like they dropped a v8 in my car Jeez just getting out of the parking lot space turns heads....man...oh and for performance, i haven't reset my ecu yet, but even now, the top end feels MUCH faster.

For you guys who are familiar witht he setup, what is a way to quiet down the rumbly sound when u are @ really low rpm's.. It sounds like something loose, but everything is tightly in place.

Next weeks project : Sprints + KYB AGX install.

if you want an even drop cut the rear springs a coil or two. Just a lil advice, unless you like the HOTROD look, lol!

lol

Im not cutting em, ive seen the drop in person and its not *that* bad. The ride is harsh enough as is.

Oh and I knew that the greddy was loud..... but got confused when people said the y pipe didnt increase noise... i forgot to read the part "when used with the stock muffler"

Oh well, I aid 500 shipped ~ for my whole exhaust, im not comlaining =).....anymore

What is the best combination of catback + y-pipe that will keep the noise down to the minimum while giving the greatest power gains?

if you want to get high gains with minimal noise.........y pipe +b pipe +stock muffler............or if u want a new muffler, look through the tip of the muffler, and if u can see right through it, its going to be very loud

If you keep the stock muffler the exhaust is not going to be that loud, but what if I do want it to make some sound but I don't want it to be very loud?

What if you get that set up (Like I'm on my way of doing), is it possible to deaden the sound AFTER it is installed?

what setup?? - if you're talking about y pipe + greddy catback.........yes there is a way to deaden it out, goto a muffler shop and have them install a silencer

Won't the silencer reduce the power gains?

Aluminized mandrel bent

I paid 240 shipped to my door, and with the warrenty warpspeed gives, its a badass deal.

My greddy is actually the "trust" catback. The previous owner removed all resonators, so it's straight piping all the way out. I'm not sure how much the muffler is resonated tho
