I had the guts to my transmission cryogenically tempered for strength. Hopefully it holds up. So far no leaks, and still shifting smooth.

How much did that run you?

oh and my tranny has been screwed up for about 2 months and i just got every last bit out of it monday, no 2nd no 3rd no 4th no 5th, just 1st and Rev. But I had a brand new tranny with limited slip in the garage for a minute too, just got it put in and should pick it up from the infiniti dealer on monday afternoon,
with:
new tranny
new axles
Polyurethane sway bar bushings
new rear main seal and oil pan seal or something
new clutch disc
machined flywheel
REDLINE MT-90 in from day one

My car should run as if it rolled off the truck when i get it except much louder of course

1996 Nissan Maxima SE with Automatic Transmission.

Changed Fluid every 30,000 miles with Castrol Dexron III.

Recently had entire flush with Mobil One at Penske and then drained and filled with Castrol Syntetic Dexron III Fluid.

Runs like new and has 180,000 miles on original Engine and Transmissions. Like a dream!

66k miles
had her since 57k, running smooth, original tranny fluid I'm an idiot, time to flush this thing, can't get around to doing it or finding a qualified place to do it...
Most places will probably rip me off,
use some ****ty fluid or not even flush it the right way.. tranny is no joke, I learned that after the tranny in my 93 SE ****ted out at 86k miles.

You're the second or third person (that I've seen) to say that you're bottle fed/ boosted and you've done nothing to strengthen your tranny. I don't know how that thing stays in one piece.

80k, stock clutch I would assume, I changed the tranny fluid once...runs fine, no problems I beat the hell out of this car, abuse it, don't change fluids on time and it still purrs softly...gotta love that.
