finally got y-pipe on!!!!

yesterday i recieved my y-pipe from warpspeed so i took it down to a local muffler shop were i had them put it on and also make me a custom 2.5 inch catback exhaust. when i got on my car for the first time with the y and catback it was a totally different sound. it makes the intake alot deeper. for the performance to tell you the truth it didnt "feel" a lot more powerful. i didnt notice the power until a friend of mine who has a slowsmobile alero raced me. ive raced him probably 50 times before last night so i know actually where my car is everytime we race. when we raced last night it was as if i had a completely different car. he was never close to me before the y-pipe but after the y-pipe i couldnt even tell it was my friend because i pulled so hard on him. these pipes for the price are pretty amazing!!!

You should notice a difference in the upper rpm range. The engine really starts pulling around 3000-3500 rpm. I can definitely tell a difference without mine! It should be back in a month or so.

i felt it a lot more when i put it on a few weeks ago but now it seems normal like im used to it. so i was playin around tryin to get a new feel for it when...a state trooper caught me in his sights. now i feel like selling the pipe back and throwing on those heavy 5th gen wheels i wanted so bad.
gimme some sympathy

I felt the biggest difference in 3rd gear at 70 mph and running it up to about 110-120, the car feels completly different now in that range, and i was watching my drag racing videos and the car just sounds and looks faster on the track than it used to course it is faster but it seems alot faster than when i race it
