I just got this magazine, Racer Parts Wholesale (www.racerpartswholesale.com) in the mail today and they have these cool in car camera setups. One that attaches to both headrests, made of extruded aluminum and steel for $89 and the other attaches to a single head rest and made of the same materials for $69. Anyone have these or different ones?

I ghetto rigged mine the old-fashioned way: duct-tape the camera down on the rear deck!

Those cameras are pretty pricey. Probably cheaper to ghetto rig something from parts from Home Depot.

 

Can you say "a 2x4 with a screw through the middle and holes on either end to go through the headrest posts?"

those are fine for street use but they won't be allowed by racing sanctions. IO Port makes one that attaches to rollbar/cages; but, most guys here don't have a cage in the Max
