Big Brake Upgrade With G-tr (r33/r34) Rotors
Big Brake Upgrade With G-tr (r33/r34) Rotors
We wanted to see what kind of interest there would be for this brake upgrade. It involves using a special bracket for the caliper to extend it outward from the center point to allow for the larger rotors. The rotors in question are the Skyline GT-R 12.75 inch rotors. The calipers we am showing to use for this package are the 300zxTT calipers. I don't want to get into too many details at this point like price etc....due to the early stage of this product. The bracket I used on my 96 maxima was for the 300zxTT upgrade. The bracket for the maxima would be slightly longer in extension to compensate for the difference in size and the side benefit is not to have to shave the rotors as in the standard 300zxTT big brake upgrade(1.5mm in radius for clearance). The pic I am posting is of a test set-up to see about clearance issues....so as of yet I have not completely installed the brake upgrade. This set up would run approximately what a 300zxTT brake upgrade runs plus the bracket...no specifics yet on price...remember...this is for interest purposes only to see if it would be worth it to manufature the bracket in quantity.....the bracket is a very solid and strong piece. laterz...

I would be interested...
in picking up the bracket for my own 300ZX caliper install. Like many people, I've already made the purchase of the calipers but have delayed on rotors and pads. Would this bracket be made for use on 5th Gen's?
