Are power seats a lot more comfortable than non power?
Are power seats a lot more comfortable than non power?
Any one who has owned or spent time on both, are the Fourth Gen power seats noticably more comfortable than the non powered? Is the passenger seat that comes with the power driver seat any different than the one that comes with the non power driver seat(I know it is not powered)?
While I am at it, where are the Maxima heated seats heated - butt only or back too?

Both my front seats are powered. The driver is 8 way adjustable. the passenger is 4 way adjustable. As for comfort, I think the seats are actually exactly the same, except for leather or cloth.
If power seats are more comfortable, it's because they are more infinitely adjustable. Non-powered seats have to use those tracks which aren't as finely adjustable.

i have 95 so only my drive side is powered...anyway, same comfort, and when playing with your boys it actually comes as a disadvantage. When someone pop's a joke behind u, if you want to squish them real quick, u have to wait a good 15 seconds to put pressure..
but when u have to shift your seat up and down and front and back, it's a lot easier, and accurate....i would stay wit my power seats but if u don't have it, it's nothing to go crazy over, unless u trying to sell your car...more features the better u know?

I have a 4th Generation with power/leather seats. They are OK for local driving, but are absolutely uncomfortable for long distance driving. Very flat, hardly any cushion or support.

I disagree as far as comfort goes. I've already taken a semi-long trip with the Maxima and I've found them to be at least fairly comfortable (no complaints from the other three people in the car).
