I am kind of new makeing music CD's
I use my cd burner mostly to make data cd's
The one I made works on my pc but not in my maxima. Maybe I am doing something wrong is there any special way to make a music cd.
thanks for help
All CD players kinda have a mind of their own. I have burned CD's that work in the max and will not work in my home stereo and vice versa. One thing I have found that helps is to burn them at a slower speed (If your CD burner has that option) and always use good quality CD-R's. They make CD-R's specifically for music that are supposed to work better for this application.
Hope this helps.
Hope this helps.

For me, I always use the options: disk at once and close CD. Disk at once is particularly useful when you don't want the anoying pause between dance mix tracks.

assuming that all other burning is done correctly, you might want to burn the cd at a lower speed. sometimes, high burn speeds are difficult to read for certain players. also, try using NERO instead of CD Creator.
