I call my supplier and they said the stock number they have for the 4th gen are not MetalMasters but regular OEM Axxis Pads. The stock number is 24-653-01. So they are basically saying they dont make Metalmasters for the 4th gen. I know they gotta have the MetalMasters for the 4th gen, does anyone have the stock munber on those? Thanks

 

the 24s are the Metal Lux, which are semi-metallic and are basically the same thing as Metal Masters. Repco, the manufacturer, has their pads rebadged by several different companies. They are not regular OEM pads. If you want a stock replacement, that's what the Deluxe are for (22)

 

So basically the 24's are what most 4th genners are running? How would they be different from the MetalMasters I run on my 3rd gen? thanksh

 

None. Both are semi-metallic.. basically the same part but rebadged with different names.

 

Hey Phuong, do the Axxis Pads for the 4th gen come in AutoSpecialty packaging? I think you said they are the same pads but repackaged? Thanks
