What's heavier: 97-99 SE rims or 2000-2002 SE rims?

What's heavier: 97-99 SE rims or 2000-2002 SE rims?
I suspect the 2000-2002 rims but how much heavier are they? what I'm trying to get at is how much will I notice the weight difference if I upgrade my wheels to the 2000-2002 style?

2K/2K1 are around 45-50 lbs
