when i stick the key in and start up my car, "CLICK". so i try again and it works fine...every time i start my car it does this...one click then it works. it's wierd.

after that, when it starts up, the starter motor or solenoid crackles for a second then "winds" down...the noise fades away like something turning...maybe a motor. any way i don't know what it what's up with it.

 

You have a '95... have you ever replaced the starter? You need to now.
