ok now bear with me..

i was wondering where i can get clear lenses for the front indicators on my 93 max...currently it is amber and ugly since i got the yellow bosch fogs...

any ideas...

i already have the clear corners...

it just doesn't match nicely with amber indicator (signals) and yellow fogs...

???

uh... they are already clear. they have an amber bulb in them. just replace the bulb, and you can even take out the lens insert inside, which will give you that crystal clear look.

i will do that...!!!

at least i do not have to purchase anything..

is it illegal to take out the amber insert and leave the amber bulb???

Look at the front of your car. You will notice that there is no amber insert in the front turn signals. It is still clear, it just has an amber bulb . Try replacing the bulb with one that isn't colored amber...

Depending on what state you live in, you may get hassled by the local authoritayyyy if you replace the ambers. I couldn't pass PA state inspection till I changed mine back to amber. Pain in the a$$es.

i've got amber in the markers, the small reflector piece that is now clear. my stock ones had white bulbs. Hopefully PA won't be too much of a PITA. . . .

I don't know about PA, but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't matter in the markers. Seems like they would me more likely to care about the turn signals. The markers don't really do anything anyway, they just light up with your parking lights and don't flash or get brighter or anything. Doesn't seem like they would be an issue, but you know how the law can be...
