Why do my new wheels vibrate? HELP

I got 18s, and they came with tires mounted and balanced.
The tires came overinflated, so i got it down to 35PSI, which made the ride a lot more comfortable, and I still feel vibration in my steering wheel when driving over 45mph. I'm gonna try to rebalance them as soon as i find a way to chisel or somehow get the nut off of my loose stud, but i also just read somewhere that some wheels are hubcentric or something, what is that? they said that that causes vibration.
any help appreciated.
Thanks

Make sure the wheels and tires are balanced correctly.

exactly, and if you haven't had an alignment since the new wheels then you might also need that...

Torqueing 4 out of 5 lugs may cause your wheel to warp. Fix it ASAP. Hubcentric means that the wheels center on axles using the hubs, not the lug nuts. You need to make sure that you have very little slack between the center hub drilled in the back of the wheel and the raised area on the axle hub. Most wheels' hubs are drilled oversize and require a plastic insert to take up the slack. You may be able to get by without them, but you have to be very methodical when your tighten up the lugs.

I knew there had to be something more. I did get the alignment done, and trying to balance the wheels they found out i have a messed up stud with the nut and can't get the wheel off. The alignment didn't fix a thing. Any ideas on how to break the nut off of the loose stud without damaging my chrome wheels?
thangs again

Vibration can be caused by not using the criss-cross pattern when tightening the lugs. Make sure you evenly apply lugs when tightening so that the wheel is flat as possible on the hub.

Of course i'll bring it back to the shop, but just in case they don't know other way but to damage my wheel, at least i'll know, and give them a hint or try to do it myself.
Thanks guys, i'll go fix it tomorrow morning.
I just called Wheelmax.com and they told me i need hub-centering rings, and that those plastic/rubber rings will fix the vibration problem.

If it is just the lug nut that is rounded off, I have heard that hammering on (tapping, not slamming!) a smaller size 12-point socket will provide enough bite to turn it off. You may have to experiment to find the right size; including trying SAE instead of metric.

I recommended this to Cumalot a while back and it worked for him.

Yeah, but my stud is loose,it's turning with the lug on. I think my lug needs to be broken or cut or chiseled. I need to know how to break off the lug off of the loose stud that keeps turning.

Do you have spacers? If you do not have fitted spacers, then that could be your problem also. That is definitely my problem.

Very nasty problem. Is it the front or rear?

IMHO, you've got only two basic approaches, get to the back of the lug to keep it from turning or cut the lug nut off. I would try the former first. Jack up the car, put it on jack stands and see if you can get to the back of the lug. You may have to remove the bolts holding the brake shield in place. A large pair of vice grips may grab it, or maybe wedging a chisel or pry bar will keep it from turning. If neither one of those works, maybe a spot weld will keep it from turning.

In my mind, the big problem with going after the nut is the potential damage to the wheel. If there is enough space, maybe you can make a protective insert out of short length of steel pipe and then have someone burn the nut off with an acetelene torch.
