Suspension upgrades,2k2 SE 6speed
Stiffer springs are going to help body roll more than struts will but you really shouldn't do springs without new struts. To answer your question - springs and shocks. If you're really serious about it try and find linear-rate springs, they will ride rougher than progressive-rate springs (as most aftermarket ones are) but they will give you better handling. Or if you're really serious (and have $$$) coilovers will pretty much eliminate body roll.
I just put on the adjustable illuminas with tein s-tech springs, and combined with fstb and rsb the handeling is awesome. If you don't feel like spending a lot of money, you could try just the springs. My frined has had progress springs on the stock struts for about a year and has had no problem with the struts so far. I dont know if i would encourage springs without struts but like i said he has had no problems sofar, and if nothing else it will buy you some time if you want to save up for high quality struts. Good luck deciding, there are tons of combos out there!

spring and shocks will def make the car handle better, but you will lose suspension travel. I upgraded my tein stech/gr2 and that ride was HORRIBLE. the car was so damn bouncy it was like i was riding on cut springs. If you have the $$ get some JICs or D2s..
