maximas use a 114.3 bolt pattern so i dont think it will fit. offset is the # of MM that the lug portion of the rim are off center.

for example:

Offset is the # of mm's from the center of the wheel, either positive 38mm (towards street) or negative -38mm (towards strut or "deep dish")I am not sure about index, sorry I did not take time to search it yet, maybe when you do you can tell me. A 120mm bolt pattern does not fit the max, a 5x114.3 - 5/4.5" does.

The 73mm index is more commonly refered to as the center bore. On a Max, 4th and 5th gen, the center bore is 66.1mm. A 73mm is like a "universal" centerbore because it's BIG. Make sure to get hub rings to adapt that 73mm to a 66.1 or else you won't have a hub centric wheel. It can still be centered on the hub properly but sometimes it isn't done right. Oh yeah, but that 120mm will not fit. We are 5x114.3.
