Should I have to pay $95 to see if my car needs the Fuel cut TSB done?
I went to Nissan today and they wanted to charge me to check my car to see if it needed the Fuel Cut TSB, is there a for sure way to tell if I have the wrong ECM P/N in my car?? IceY2K1 you said you had a guy come to your place to fix it, did they charge you a fee?
Thanks,
Thanks,

No! Follow the procedure found in the TSB to determine if you are having the problem. Bottomline if you don't know your having the problem then don't worry about it.

I believe if there is a TSB (they usually have vin # ranges on them too) if you qualify by VIN #, then you shouldn't have to pay. A dealer tried to pull that on me too... I told them I'm not paying to have something checked out... I experienced the problem, if they can't reproduce it, that's their problem. You shouldn't have to pay for anything. Tell them to fix it anyways.. Nissan reimburses them when they work on the cars.

I checked and there is no range of VIN numbers just (A33), I think they have to plug in their computer to get the ECM #, am I correct??
