How do i remove stereo from 2001 non bose.
I'm installing an infinity baselink and i cant for the life of me figure out how to get the head unit out so i can access the speaker wires. Someone please help, any info is appreciated.

#1 try doing a search
I think you should be able to find a thread about this. It's not too hard. You have to remove the vent at the top of the stack. Just pull up towards the windshield, takes some grunting. One that is done pull out ashtray. You will see a screw behind it, remove that. Unscrew the screws that are located under the vent you just took off. I think that is all of 'em. Then the face/surround should come off. You will then have access to the screws that hold in the components. It's been a while since I did this so you may want to some more thorough directions.
