I'm looking for a nice sounding, good priced catback exhuast for my 1996 I30. Since the Apexi World Sport fits the same year maxima, I'm assuming it will fit the I30, am I right?

if you want the cheapest, best sounding exhaust i'll tell you what to do. go to a really good local muffler place. have them mandrel bend you some 2.5" exhaust piping in stainless steel. and have them get you a flowmaster 50 series muffler. voila, for hundreds less than any prefab catback, you have the best sounding maxima in your area. But, if you're stuck on apex-i, i can't help, i have no idea - i know most of the max's and i30's were identical but i thought there was a year or two in the 4th gen where the exhaust didn't match up. not sure though.

 

yes it will work. but take Ironlord's suggestion instead.
