clear/red tails - how to????

clear/red tails - how to????
I've heard of people making thier yellow part of the tails clear but how do you do that without buying the whole outside housing??? really like to know... low on $$... by the way i have a 95. thanks

with the 95's you have to buy the clear outer tail, and paint it red
