For those who have a stillen kit....did you take your mudguards off or leave them on?

For those who have a stillen kit....did you take your mudguards off or leave them on?
Because I was thinking of painting my mudguards body color but not sure if it will fit if I have a kit on?

I have the STILLEN Touring spoiler and Rear with the NINJA Sides (getting installed shortly), but I test fitted them and the mud gaurds HAVE to come off for the sides to fit.
