I have Eibach springs and Koni adjustables, lowered. It's stiffer and you lose that cush ride. But the car doesn't bounce and look retarded. It's a good ride especially with the adjustables, so you can turn that little adjuster accordingly.

Lower with some cush would be H&R or B&G springs with either the Tokico Blues or KYB GR2's.

I think the smoothest or closest to stock SE ride is the H&R Tokico Blue combo.

Koni and KYB AGX sturts and shocks are firm and will totally take away the cush. Personally I like it firm.

The guy is bouncing because:

A. He used lowering springs with STOCK struts, that are now blown.

B. He used lowering spings with Cheap struts, that are now blown.

C. He is trying to use his feet...to pedal him faster with his 1.8 liter engine...before a Y PIPE 3.0 Crushes his lowered vehicle.

D. All of the above.

PS> Lowering, Tire changes, Rim changes,ie.performance upgrades will dramatically reduce your luxury. But your hunger for performance will grow....
