i am an owner of a 4th gen and considering getting a new 6spd and i was just curious to see what kind of times you guys were running. thanks!

for stock 6 speeds there was a best of 14.2, a couple 14.3s, some 14.4s and it just goes up from there.

 

For auto's we have a 14.5 best, and up from there as high as 15.2

 

i ran a 14.367 when my car was stock, there was one other guy who ran a 14.288. i was fastest for a while but he beat me.

Actually the best stock is 14.230...me...lol. Ofcourse the conditions were ideal that day, but its still the record. I'd say the most consistent time I see is 14.5 around 96-98 mph. Thats all stock ofcourse. High 13s are a y-pipe away for us.

 

Oh, that Y pipe thing.... I think I will get a Peace Pipe, before someeone makes a Y pipe for a 2K2 !

 

Probably true, although with the Z on the horizon, I'd have to hope its coming soon. At least thats what Stillen says.....

 

woops my bad, i knew it was clost to mine, i have a catback coming then i'm getting tyhe brake kit, i want 13's on a great day with the catback, intake, rims and tires and lowered. we'll see.

 

When I got my exhaust, the guy at the shop called his stillen rep, and asked him about the Y pipe. He said it was close, and should be ready in July, but I ma taking the when I see it I'll believe it approach. I called stillen myself to ask about it, and let them know people were waiting..if a lot of people called them maybe we'll get some action sooner.

 

i called stillen in December to ask about a Y-pipe and he told me it would be ready in another month. you cant believe anything stillen reps tell you when it comes to time frames.
