What I want to know is how does it sound? That is exactly the setup I want. I've got a Y, but I'm going to need a muffler sometime in the near future. I like the idea of a 2k+ muffler and no resonator. I figure that will make it louder, but how loud could a nissan muffler get.

Its sounds really nice. Its not too loud, and has a mid-low tone. Mine is a little chuggy though. there is a large clamp before the muffler that seems to be leaking a little and the Y gives the front end of the car a nice racey sound. But the chuggy-ness makes it almost sound like I have a couple extra cylinders

The exhaust is pretty free-flowing until it gets the the muffler, so that makes it a little louder than normal. Normal driving, you cant hear it AT ALL! Sounds just like stock with a nicer tone. WOT is unbelievable and the power gains make it so much better.

My only problem that I am facing right now is the dreaded Y Pipe and front sway bar issue. Its hitting it pretty hard and I alread have a dent in it and its been two weeks with it on. But Dallas sent spacers for the sway bar that might help the problem. But overall, I like it.

Whats up Jay? I hope you got my email last week. First off, you car is absolutely SICK! the color is beautiful I just got my inspection in February, so I wont know what it gets until next year. Actually, this is the 3rd year i have had my car and it hasnt been tested for emissions at all. The first year, they were only testing even yeared cars for emissions, so I only needed a safety test. The second year, the guy inspecting my car was a friend of my mechanic and my mech told him that it was already tested. and this year my mechanic was doing a service to my car already, so he took it to get inspected himself, so I have no clue what he did. Are you able to attend the NE Meet this Sunday?

I am DEFINITELY investing in tint this summer! I also am planning on doing the E36 conversion with the curved lens. Not sure which to do first tho. I think I will be the first in MA to have the E36 conversion if I do it now and I hate the poor visibility of the stock lights. It seems the mods never end tho.

As far as times, I have only raced the car twice, and my best time was 16.57. That was stock and with no traction becuase of my bald tires (2.63 60ft ), and some excess weight. I am going back to the track next wednesday...I have new tires now and I have been working on my launches so maybe I can get so pretty decent times. Wish me luck!
