With the list price being $289.00...

the best I can do for these Sprint Springs is $148.40 (tax included) if you come pick it up at our store here in NJ or $160.00 shipped anywhere in the U.S. I need 10 paid orders before I can start shipping them out. Delivered in 7-10 days. This is for 3rd and 4th gens only. It is a 2.0" drop all around. 5th gens would have to be a separate group deal because the price is different. If enough 5th genners are interested let me know.

Thanks for the compliment bro... I'm trying here... all the other GD's i tried organizing failed except the one for our Type-S kit. We got 3 out of 10 paid orders for the kits. We decided to fill in the the rest because we knew no one wanted it unless they say it on a maxima. Right now the kits are clearing customs in CA and should be here in 1-3 weeks.

As far as the springs go... I was doing some research on how much people were selling em for and the lowest I saw was on www.ptuning.com for $189.00 shipped. I called up my distributer and asked him what he could do for us. He said if I order 10 it would save a lot on shipping. As I tell most of my customers is it saves me money it'll save them money. Example, I used to sell these universal mufflers for $100 a pop. When I order three at a time I am able to seel them for $85.00 (plus tax of course). But again... the price I stated before if the lowest I can go with the discount I get them for. Maybe Southwest has a better discount than I do. Anyways. Let me know if anything.

No problem...

before January of this year I was just like you guys... a customer, not an owner and I always looked around for the best deal I could get. I always hated bulls#!t so I don't like giving it. In ways I'm the same old P.J. This guy with a VW Passat cam into my store yesterday asking us to order him some clear sidemarkers for his car. NOPI is the only company we found that carries them. Now the retail price for these things are $18.00 but my price (im telling you cuz we aree MAXIMA owners and 99.9% of us don't have a Passat LoL) is $13.00. The only way I could make a profit from this is if I charge their same price. But the problem was that I pay COD from NOPI and thats an extra $6.00 from UPS. I told him he's better off going through NOPI for them cuz he won't have to pay the COD charge. Little $#!t like that pi$$e$ me off cuz I couldn't get this guy a good deal but hey... $#!t happens.

Well... other than being swamped with other customers who come in my store... I was kinda busy and only looking in the Links section on Maxima.org. The first link you posted is pretty much the same price I have and the other is about 6 bucks less because they charge $10.00 to ship the springs and mine charges $17.00. Now I said I was going to talk to my distributer on Monday to see what else he can do.

Shipping to Canada is around $45. Shipping to Arizona is about 10 (since we are in Arizona)...

If we get enough peeps (please specify how many) in Toronto buying these, can we do something about the shipping cost?

Pricing on the springs is good, but the shipping is brutal.

At 35 pounds per box, it is brutal, but it is the cheapest we can do it, unless we combine a few sets (out of its original box) into one large box.

Hey Dev, Sin

I'd be interested in the Sprints as well.

Let's see if we can get this going, and save each of us a few bucks. I might wait until after Christmas to do this, but if neither of you are in a huge hurry, we could use the time to save up for the KYBs and Sprints and then make our purchase

I'm in no particular rush since it's getting cold here in Toronto. I am planning on doing the install in May, and purchasing parts throughout the winter. I'm going to install Sprints, KYB AGX's, Addco RSB, and an FSTB all at the same time, probably over two days in May, and I was planning on buying these parts over the winter as cheaply as possible.

Again, if there are a bunch of people in the GTA that are going to be in on this, maybe we can hook up shipping them together to save on the pretty bad shipping

That's cool. Chacun son gout. To each his own. I personally think all other drops are not enough. I will only either get the Sprints or coil overs. I think the Maxima is disgustingly high. My Volvo 850 Turbo was WAY lower stock, and with the H&R's I put on, the car is disgustingly low, the way I like it.

oh i love the way it looks, just don't know if it'll be appropriate to have as a daily driver.
the road to school is extremely pathetic and unforgiving even with stock springs.
i know the car looks disgusting now at its current height but i dont know if its worth voiding the kyb agx warranty and ride quality for the extra drop.

That's my eternal debate...
I'm going KYBs, regardless, but are sprints gonna be too rough, especially when the roads get all iced up and bumpy. And the voided warranty part sucks (on the other hand, a wise man would simply not have the KYB install and sprint install on the same invoice when getting it done, and would swap out the sprints when *****ing to KYB about their struts blowing *wink wink*).

I would be interested in going in on a deal with anyone here come spring -
Sin, I think you and I are on the same time frame - May sounds about right for me, maybe even April, depending on weather. Either way, I'm going for some struts/shocks.

Dennis (costcow) was also mentioning Progress springs, as a nice compromise. Felix has them on the StygianMax, and they look pretty damn nice (and the colour is so pretty). Would be an option. I am NOT going H&Rs or Maxspeeds (to little a drop for my tastes, especially with 18s).

We'll continue the discussion, get something going.

mike, looks like we're on the same boat here...
i also don't want a drop so minute that it cannot be noticed.

also, about the kyb agx warranty, don't quote me on this, but i've heard (read) from other org members that kyb can do an inspection on the shocks to determine what the drop was. i personally don't see how this can be done, but that is what i heard, just sharing.

im looking for NO less than a 1.5" drop
i think intrax is alright, sitting at 1.75". (warranty issues again)

im also not installing until the snow's gone from winter, so i have time to look for some deals, and research the ads/disads of the different springs.

Blaxxxima, i might be in for some springs also, but i'm in the same boat as you guys, with a Stillen kit, i'd become a 'street sweeper' @ 2.0in. drop...
