I am trying to run the code and reset my ecu, but it is not working. The screw turns about a 1/4 of a turn, maybe a little less. Is that normal? When I do the procedure nothing happens.... Any ideas on what I am doing wrong, seems simple. Clockwise to stop, wait 2 seconds, turn counter-clockwise to stop, and repeat to reset.

I just looked through 6 pages of searches, so please do not tell me to search.... Thanks in advance for the help.
