I opened up my headlights and corners (it was a ). I sprayed them with a light coat of a clearish black. Then I pasted a carbon fiber style vinyl. Then I painted the top of each glass just to make eyebrows. (I used black, my max is dark green, matches very good) I put everything back together and now i got CARBON FIBER headlights with built in EYEBROWS. I dont have a scanner, so i cant get a pic. I try some how though.

 

do your headlights still work? maybe im not following you properly but it sound like you just messed up your headlights. the reflecotor can not be blocked...your light output is going to suffer.

I think he forgot the main purpose of headlights, thats to see where you are going at night, and let other cars see you!!!

They are not that dark, i would say it dims the light by 15%. i'm looking to upgrade to HIDs maybe. My headlights are perfect. Only if you can see a picture, you would love this mod. It took me about 6-8 hours, i didnt do it all in one day.

 

Ya know what you just gave me an idea on making eyelids. I have an idea of what you are talking about. I happened to make the Anniversary Style headlights from maximadriver.com and also decided to do the corners as well. Mine looks nice, but I never thought about making eyelids by spraying the upper part of the inside of the lenses of the headlights and corners. I might do that in the future.
