How long does it take to install Frankencar intake?

I just ordered mine a few mintues ago. I was wondering if it is an easy installation. Do I need to buy another hose to connect to the piping? How long does the installation take? There isn't an instllation procedure posted on the frankencar web site yet for 95-99 maximas. I just wanted to get some idea so that I'll know what to do when I get it.

it's pretty easy. I'd say it will take about 20-30 minutes. It's the same as all the instructions on adding a pop charger but with upper piping.

Thanks for the tip. I wonder if the midpipe comes with any hoses. If I need to buy a new hose, what size should I get?

when i made my custom one (im assuming that they will require the same parts), all i needed to but a longer hose on the back part the thicker one, not the little skinny one...the one for emmissions control....the install shouldnt really take more than 5 minutes, its like unscrewing 3 things, pulling the resonator out, then putting the frakencar in, screwing it in, and plugging the hoses up.....it may take a good 5 minutes alone on taking the resonator out, because it is deeply embedded into the MAF....i just broke the plastic on it, cuz it was being naughty

-if oyu need longer hose, just take the hose to autozone (either have a freind drive you there, or take it off when u get there) and just tell em you want the same shape hose but just a few inchers longer...should be fine

It uses the existing hoses. You'll just need to switch them around to fit right.
