Possible oil leak?

OK yesterday I went to get an oil change at one of those Uncle Ed's 10-minute oil changes, and when I parked my Max in a different spot of where I usually park, I found a small puddle of what looked to be oil since the color appeared brown, now I'm worried if the whole oil is going to leak out, I'm thinking if it was just a small leak considering that the puddle was small, I could go to the dealer right away tomorrow and have them check it out and stuff, but in the meantime, would it look like to be something big & what should I do?

CHECK YOUR OIL LEVEL! there is an invention called the dipstick

or if you dont use the dipstick...place a newspaper under...and wait for a few hours if its wet then they might not have screwed everything in right or there is a leak. Fill up oil resovir and go back and have them tighten the filter and drain plug.

update

YES I did check the dipstick and everything seemed to be ok, and I did go back to the place where I had the oil change done, they made sure the filter & the plug were on tight (which they said both were, they even 2X checked it) and then the guy there gave me some crap about oil runoff or something. He was saying something about how it's normal after every oil change there's a small amount of oil that'll build up on the bottom of the engine which makes it appear there's an oil leak when everything is fine . Hopefully tomorrow (if there still is oil in my engine) I'll go to the dealer to see what's going on.

So basically what this guy was saying was that the idiots that did the oil change didnt spend the 1/2 a minute to take a rag and wipe the bottom of the filter and the oil pan off when they were done.......

Do yourself a favor, do it yourself next time........

Yep, that's the last time I ever take my car to any 10 minute oil change place

I'll stick w/ the dealer (like I always do) to change my oil + it's only $22 w/ coupon & I get to see the new models when I'm there as well

I don't even think I'd trust my nissan dealership to change the oil in my car after I witnessed some of their "fine craftsmanship" doing work when I bought the car...

Yeh, I had a free oil change at the dealer a couple months ago. Then recently when I changed the oil myself, the drain plug was way too tight and the oil filter was pretty loose. Go figure. They must have used an air ratchet on the plug because it took a 2 ft. breaker bar to get it off. It's so much easier to do it yourself, that way you know it's done right.
