Frankencar mid-pipe scary experience. My fault..

This happened to me last Saturday. It was a scary moment for my girlfriend and I. Make sure you install ALL hose clamps when your get your mid-pipe. I forgot to add one and decided to test it and take it for a spin really quick. It worked wonderful! Later on my girlfriend called me and told me if we could go the Dodger game and I completely forgot about adding the other hose clamp on. We later left the game and after about 30 minutes on the freeway I felt no power to the vehicle and I had a weird feeling the mid-pipe must of slipped off or something (cause I remembered I didnt add the the last bracket). All of a sudden my check engine light does off, along with the oil and brake light! I had no power steering and brakes! My girlfriend was freaking out and soon I started freaking out for a bit but thank god I was able to exit off the freeway and pull over and push my car. I was hoping it was nothing serious and sure enough it was the mid-pipe. I popped that sucker back and I was in business. It was an idiotic thing of me to completely forget and take my car like that. Always make sure you never leave your work un-done.
