DIY Question RE: '95-'96 Tails...

Is it possible to clear the amber parts of the 95-96 tails? I am not wanting to change the rear end to a 97+ but if i have to i guess i would...

Did a search but found nothing regarding this.

You didn't search too well then. There are so many threads on this its not even funny.

But anyway, no you can't clear out the ambers, as it is actually part of the whole piece and not removable unless you split your taillight.

That's why DavidL's tail lights are in such high demend (or were).

LOL. There was this one guy who attempted to do it, but it took a lot of hard work, and he could never get the outer plastic layer to sit flush with the rest of the tailight (i think).

Anyway, custommaxima said he'd be coming out with some soon, so try shootin' him an e-mail.
