valve body upgrade...

valve body upgrade...

hey guys i called stillen a little while back and the rep told me that the ECU upgrade needs to be installed in order for the valve body upgrade to "work". is this true? it dosen't sound right..

Your mechanic: You have to get an oil change ... but in order for the oil change to work, you gotta get new shocks too. So ... you want new shocks? Huh? Huh?







Just in case you didn't get the point of my little story ... no, a new ECU is not needed.

BTW- This is Clee's way of welcoming you to the .org (he didn't mean harm...I think)

To answer your question:
1. No, you don't need an ecu upgrade when you install vb mod.

2. Don't believe everything a 'sales rep' tells you. Unless you've dealt with the individual on prior occasions.

3. Shop elsewhere. I've spend over $15K on this b!tch and I still haven't bought a daymn thing from Stealin'
