Oops, my bad. Wasn't payin' attention. Look up Stealth Max, he carries FSTB's. Bought some PIAA Xtremes & DC clears from him, excellent service.

i have a 99 SE-L as well. the thing with our cars is that there is something in the way of the brackets. you will have to get rid of that piece of metal for the fstb to fit. i have a fstb on my car to prove it.

how did u get rid of the peice of metal, and do u know why that peice is there?

you can get rid of it by using a dremmel tool or with anything you prefer. mine was connected to two gold colored pipes which connected to some weird sensor thingy. i got rid of the pipes and connected the sensor with hoses of a shorter length. basically, i just moved that thing somewhere else.
