My 1/4 mile slip

Hello everyone. I am going to the track this weekend and need some suggestions. Here is my times from last time and I think they suck:
r/t: .996
60': 2.455
330: 6.497
1/8: 9.786
mph: 75.33
1000: 12.602
1/4: 14.995
mph: 94.13

these numbers translated into 6.9 seconds 0-60 time. I ran 6.0 with my g-tech before and also was shifting at the red line. This time I was shifting at 6000. I think this was my biggest mistake. I need some tips on how I can improve this time. thanks

How are you launching? With the HLSD 6-speed tranny, I would think you should be able to get better than a 2.4 60' time. If you get that into the 2.1 - 2.2 range you'll see a big improvement!

2.1-2.2 is tough to hit in a 6spd because of massive wheel hop i think 2.3's are one of the highest with the best et's also

In almost every FWD car there is a fine line between spin and wheel hop. You (actcually all of us) need to be on that line for the best times.
