Hey i got a new oil pressure gauge and am having a hard time figuring it out. Where do you put the sensor to read the pressure ???? Any help would be great on how to hook this up !!!!
Thanks

you need to supply us with more info than what you've given us...

Brand...
Mechanical or Electrical...

the "search" feature can also help you find alot of info too.

If you have an electric gauge, then the best way to do it is to tee it off the idiot light sending unit. You want to keep the idiot light, since that will give you warning sooner than the gauge in case of sudden oil pressure loss. The idiot light sending unit is just above the oil pan at the rear of the engine, on the passenger side, near the oil filter. If you do a search, you can find out what the thread size needs to be for your tee. I used a metric 9x1 and it seemed just a tad loose, but it tightened up okay. I tried M10x1 and couldn't get it started in the hole.
