flip flop trunk mod?

anyone do the flip flop trunk mod, and does anyone have instructions on how to do it? thnks

The person who did it was Jason, aka "The Big Saddler". Here is the writeup On how to do it. It looks fairly simple to do!

I know someone who did this mod.. his advice is "don't do it.. your trunk is going to leak." Take it or leave it.. I just thought I'd let you guys know what I've been told.

Another friend told me "this is the first step to making your car bullet proof from behind.. a couple of kevlar bags in your rear seats, some kevlar on the bottom of the trunk.. When you start getting shot at from behind you pop up the trunk and you don't have to worry about getting hit in the back of the head." Of course.. this friend wants me to convert my max into the batmobile..
