who would you let tune your N20?
So I've tried to do this myself with really no sucess. I'm ready to take it to a shop for some help. Do I take it to a Domestics speed shop or an import one? If so who? I don't think I would dare let my car hang out at eip for an afternoon. So they are out. How hard is it to get to altered atmosphere? I think thats where its gonna have to go. Some one help. I'm in Maryland btw, but would travel a little ways for some good mechanical help.

Are you still working on the fuel pressure issue? Did you get the vacuum checked out yet? You can get a vacuum gauge most places for less than $20... I'm guessing you have your vacuum lines installed correctly? As far as finding a shop, I'm not familiar with that area at all, but try and find a place with a dyno and a wideband O2 hookup. It will probably cost more for the O2 reading, but that is the safest way if you don't want them blowing your engine. Where do you get your bottle filled? I would ask around there and at some smaller parts places, they are not usually as biased and will give you an honest assesment of the local tuners. Keep in mind, a tuner is gonna charge you a lot of money, so you should try out the cheapest options first, ie vacuum, possibly a new fuel pump. I know there are quite a few people on the east coast using nitrous, are any of them close enough for you to drive to? You might want to post this question in your areas forum as well. Post exactly whats going on with your car, and what steps you have taken so far, in great detail please!
