Plus you are right on the highway too, much taller gears, but I would be afraid to pump it too long in 4th. Probably try to get as much as possible N/A then try it for 10 secs or so just to see, wanna have a long straight stretch though for that speed.

i think we can relate very well because your numbers reflect exactly that. my car was built to win period. thats why i picked a auto.

I have to say I've pulled away from sticks on the highway, but they're not set up evenly. I have had a few 5spds walk me for a car length out of the hole, then they just get reeled in and eaten up. I still think my problem is being afraid of wheel spin. I am still trying to find the limits without going up in smoke. I also can't launch from more than 2200 rpm either. The stick can burn a little clutch, and make more power early. I still think the auto leaves less room for error, and shifts faster in the higher gears. Especially with a VB upgrade.
