Just got my self a purge kit! =)

I have not installed it yet, and i really have no questions about installing it...it seems simple. I was messing around with it tho and put in the tube where the nitrous shoots out and noitced it comes out as easy as it can be put in...will that hold when i purge or am i supose to be using anything to make that steal rod stay in?

2nd where can i go, and what do i need to buy so i can exstend that steal rod, its way to short for where i want to place it

Thanks
-Chris

you stick the tube into the ball and the ball goes into the coupling and wont come out. everyone else here either adds copper or plastic tubing ot the end of the tube and purges it outside the car somewhere. check out page 2 of my cardomain.

BTW, your gonna end up using the whole bottle purging all day, pretty fun stuff. haha

nice...nismo is rite i used half of a 10lb bottle purging like a retard all day

if u wanna do the extension rite, go to a refridgeration supply store and show them the size u need and get as much as u want, get either aluminum or copper aluminum will be slightly more $$ almost a whopping 15 cents!

have fun

Lol yall are right ive wasted half of my bottle today Everything went good with the install but i have a small leak in the pluming that came with the purge kit, ive tried liquid seal and still no luck... the thing must be defective... i bought a compound that dries in 5 min really hard, and when it dried it stopped alot of the leaking i missed a small part in the back so hopefully when i go around it, it will stop.....cross my fingers.

But the purge is awesome... just got to learn to control my self, it goes threw nitrous fast!

i dont agree with him on that but i guess it works for him, but i use teflon paste
